The percentage of favourable opinions on processed files has seen a remarkable evolution in the recent period, rising from 65% in 2018 to 76% in 2019, and to 86% in 2020, before stabilizing at 81%, which reflects the efforts made by the Agency's staff in supervision, as well as the positive treatment and the necessary flexibility with the files.
