In accordance with the provisions of Law 31-13, the right of access to information allows all Moroccan citizens as well as foreign persons legally residing in Morocco to access information held by the relevant institutions or bodies. Said information is published proactively, by all possible means of publication, in particular on the national public data portals or the websites of administrations or institutions. If the information sought is not found there, one may nevertheless submit a request for access to information to the administration or institution that holds it.
