Quality Management System

Quality Policy

The quality management system (QMS) is a set of processes, procedures and policies that an organization puts in place to ensure that it consistently delivers products and services that meet or exceed customer expectations. It is a quality management framework that encompasses the entire organization and all its processes, from product development and production to delivery and customer service. The goal of a QMS is to improve overall performance, reduce errors and defects, and increase customer satisfaction. It is often implemented using the ISO 9001 standard, which is an international standard for quality management systems.

Strengthening our expertise and know-how, I invite all the Agency's management to adhere to the new orientations described in our missions, some of which are set out in this general policy, and this within the framework of respecting all the requirements specific to our professions and to managerial development.

  • Supporting investment and development projects within our territorial jurisdiction;
  • Comply with conformity to the laws, regulations and standards in force in all AUKH activities;
  • Providing the necessary means for the establishment, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System;
  • Understanding the specific features of the Agency's area of intervention, in particular the issue of construction in rural areas and, in general, urban planning and construction problems;
  • Develop a comprehensive and integrated vision of the future urban extensions of agglomerations, notably by generalizing the coverage of the Khémisset Urban Agency's area of intervention with a new generation of urban planning documents, innovative, flexible in their implementation and making the dimension of territorial sustainability a major objective to be achieved;
  • Consolidating its position as a reference actor in terms of planning, consulting and expertise at the local level in order to constitute a force of proposal capable of providing help and assistance to local decision-makers
  • Modernize the Establishment, in particular through the development and gradual implementation of an information system, in order to make it, ultimately, a management tool capable of effectively supporting the Agency's strategy, and through the dematerialization of all of the AUKH's business and support procedures;
  • Improving access to information through the efficient management of documentation by setting up an electronic and physical archiving system;
  • Involve employees in the implementation of the Quality Management System to ensure the achievement of the quality objectives;
  • Strengthening the image of the AUKH through the dynamization of internal and external communication for greater awareness, engagement and information of local stakeholders and the Agency's staff;
  • Develop the performance and skills of human resources through motivation, supervision and training.

This will enable us to anticipate the expectations of stakeholders, to take into account the risks associated with our processes, to comply with the Agency's specific requirements, and to monitor our indicators within a dynamic of improvement that consolidates our position as a key player in regional development.

I am confident that, with the values that drive each of us and that are shared by all the managers, we will advocate this managerial dynamic that will strengthen trust internally as well as externally with our institutional partners, investors and citizens.
