The quality management system (QMS) is a set of processes, procedures and policies that an organization puts in place to ensure that it consistently delivers products and services that meet or exceed customer expectations. It is a quality management framework that encompasses the entire organization and all its processes, from product development and production to delivery and customer service. The goal of a QMS is to improve overall performance, reduce errors and defects, and increase customer satisfaction. It is often implemented using the ISO 9001 standard, which is an international standard for quality management systems.

Strengthening our expertise and know-how, I invite all the Agency's management to adhere to the new orientations described in our missions, some of which are set out in this general policy, and this within the framework of respecting all the requirements specific to our professions and to managerial development.
This will enable us to anticipate the expectations of stakeholders, to take into account the risks associated with our processes, to comply with the Agency's specific requirements, and to monitor our indicators within a dynamic of improvement that consolidates our position as a key player in regional development.
I am confident that, with the values that drive each of us and that are shared by all the managers, we will advocate this managerial dynamic that will strengthen trust internally as well as externally with our institutional partners, investors and citizens.
